Biography

Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

She begins her singing and pianist courses in the “Conservatorio de Moron”,Buenos Aires,Argentina.Later, she completes her studies en the “Institut o Superior de Arte del Teatro Colon de Buenos Aires”,where she has among her teachers, Mrs. Lucia Boero, Mtro. Reinaldo Censabella,and Mtro. Ernesto Mastronardi.

She has followed her postgraduate studies in the “Escuela Superior de Musica Reina Sofia” in Madrid with Maestro Tom Krause and Manuel Cid.She received the diploma for the “Most Outstanding Student” awarded by H.M. The Queen of Spain.

She has obtained the following prizes:

-First prize,”Concurso para jovenes cantantes,La Scala de San Telmo”,Argentina 1999.

-First prize, soprano category, “V Concurso Internacional Maria Callas-Nuovi voci verdiani”(Parma,Italy 2000)

-First prize,”XX Concurso Internacional de Logroño”,Spain,2002.

-Special prices of public and “Cultores de la Musica”,in “Internacional Alcamo Sing competition”,Sicilia,2002.

-First price, Internatioanl sing competition”Francisco Alonso”,Madrid,2003.

Thirth price, Internacional competition “Jaime Aragall”,Sabadell,Spain 2004.

-Second price, Sing competition “Tomas Breton”,Salamanca,Spain 2005.

-Thirth price and price of the public, First International sing competition “Renata Tebaldi”, San Marino, 2005.

-Thirth price and best chinese song’s performance, The Thirth international vocal competition, Ningbo,China 2005.

She has given varius vocal recitals in various cities of Argentina,Spain, and in Washington, Bruxeles, Sicilia, among others.

In opera she stated with several roles in the “Teatro Avenida” in Buenos Aires,among them, Micaela-Carmen, Donna Anna-Don Giovanni;Ciesca-Gianni Schicchi;Rosalinde-Die Fledermaus;The princes-L’enfant et les sortileges.More in Argentina she sangs Fiordiligi and Despina in Cosi fan tutte in Eperimental Center of Opera in Teatro Colon.She sangs too Pamina-Die zauber flöte in La Plata-Argentina and Liù in Avenida Theatre.

In Italy she makes her debut in the rol of Cio Cio San-Mma. Butterfly in Como, Mantova,Brescia,Pavia and Vigevano.Later she interprets the role of Musetta-La Boheme,in Torre del Lago Festival,together with tenor Ramon Vargas. Elsewhere in Italy she has interpreted Britten’s War Requiem and vocal concerts in Monreal’s church(Sicilia),Rome and Milan..

More recently she has sung the roles of Manon-Massenet and Micaela-Carmen in the Teatro Colon of Buenos Aires,Micaela and Lauretta(Glyndebourne’s Festival production) in Tenerife’s Opera,Spain.,Mimi-La Boheme in Teatro Real of Madrid, Cond: David Giménez Carreras., Violetta-La Traviata in National Opera House in Tallinn,Estonia, Cio Cio San(Mma. Butterfly) in Merida-Mexico, Giorgetta(Il Tabarro) in Menorca-Spain and a recital for the Filarmonic Society of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria-Spain and Santiago de Chile.

In Oratorio’s repertiore she sangs Te Deum by Bruckner, Mozart’s Requiem in Buenos Aires, and, War requiem by Britten in Sicilia, Mozart’s Messe in Cm(Second soprano)in Spain.

In 2008 She was Leila for Bizet's Les pecheurs de perles in Trieste-Italy., with tenor Celso Albelo.

In 2009:
-Cio Cio San in Avenida Theatre, Argentine.

-Mendelssohn's Lobgesang, Avellaneda's orquestra (Buenos Aires).
-Leila (Les pecheurs de perles) at Tallin, Estonia.
- Rossini's Mass Solemn in Mellorca.

-Donna Anna(Don Giovanni) at the Colón theatre, Argentina. -Leila(Les pecheurs de perles), Tallin-Estonia.

-First Lady, Die Zauberflöte (Colon Teather, Argentine)

-Suor Angelica as Suor Angelica ( in a Stefano Poda's production), and Maria(Simon Boccanegra) at the Colón theatre, Argentina.
